This project focused on selecting a house on the real estate market in need of renovation, and creating visualizations to showcase its potential. Using photos and floor plans from the original listing, I designed a transformation centered around the kitchen and bathroom of a home located in the northern part of Sweden.
My goal was to elevate the space with a modern and subtly luxurious touch, enhancing functionality without altering the existing floor plan. The visualizations highlight updated materials, optimized layouts, and a fresh color palette to breathe new life into the interiors.
